Two.Ordering method
1.Product category

Step 2 (Place an order) Method 1: Contact us at 0755-33156063 and provide the product number and required quantity to the customer service staff; Method 2: Download and fill in the electronic product order form or product order contract; send the form to order@ bmspd.com
Step 3 (Order Signing) Confirm the order, sign and seal the product order form or contract, and send it to order@bmspd.com.
Step 4 (Delivery upon payment): Payment is made and the order becomes effective; payment is received and the order is shipped. 2. Three. Payment system
1.Payment system for large-scale instruments and equipment (including non-standard customized products): ① 50% in advance, the contract will take effect, and the order will be produced; ② The balance of 40% will be paid upon delivery; ③ The balance of 10% will be paid within two weeks if the acceptance is passed.
2. Payment system for all other products (small instruments and equipment, reagents and consumables): Delivery upon payment Once payment is made, the order will be effective; upon payment, delivery will be made. 3. Service type: 50% advance payment, the order will take effect after receiving the advance payment; pay the remaining 50%, the service task is completed, the balance payment is made, and the goods will be shipped after receiving the remaining payment.

Six.Ordering Instructions

2. We will not be responsible for any quality complaints caused by improper storage or use by users. We do not assume any responsibility for any problems other than quality reasons, such as lack of instruments required to use a certain kit, ordering the wrong kit, etc., and we do not accept customer complaints caused by non-quality reasons.
3. If you find any missing or damaged products, please notify us within 2 working days after receiving the products.
4. If the user does not raise any objection to the product within one month after the goods arrive, the product will be regarded as a good product and the company will no longer accept returns, exchanges and claims.
