How to identify whether a glass bottle is qualified


Glass bottles are divided into control and molding in terms of production methods. Controlled glass bottles refer to glass bottles produced by glass tubes. The material is made of borosilicate glass tubes, and the produced glass bottles are more chemically stable. . So how do we identify whether the glass bottle is qualified?

1. The surface of the glass bottle   

1) Smoothness (old bottles tend to be rough)  

2) The glass bottle should have no obvious quality problems such as bubbles and wavy lines  

3) Concave-convex patterns and fonts should be clear and regular 
4) Whether there are pitted surface, matte, pattern   

5) Whether there is a special mark of the manufacturer (especially at the bottom). For example, there is an obvious depression on the bottom of the Buchang Naoxintong_ inner packaging plastic bottle, and the opposite side of the depression has a ys mark; the fake bottle has no depression or ys mark on the bottom.

2. Glass bottle shape  

1) Round, flat, cylindrical, etc. should be regular   

2) Degree of unevenness at the bottom of the bottle 

3) Whether the mold marks are obvious (feel)  

4) Smoothness of bottle mouth (feel) 

3. Glass bottle capacity specifications  

1) Whether the capacity meets the labeled amount.  

2) The space should not be too large or too small.

4. Commonly used materials are soda lime glass, polyethylene, etc. 

1) Weight The weight of the bottle should be uniform and should not be too light  

2) Hardness should not be soft or hard   

3) Thickness The thickness should be uniform and should not be too thin   

4) Transparency The degree of transparency of glass and plastic, and the bottle body should not have impurities or stains  

5) Color and lustre The depth and vividness of the color, the color of the plastic treated by radiation or fumigation will often change color
